Thanks for the question! To clarify, you're referring to a virtual credit card, is that correct? If so, you would enter the information provided by your customer manually, just as you would a regular credit card. In the spirit of transparency, though, I will say that we have seen issues where customers have not been successful when trying to process a virtual credit card. You can certainly try, though! If it doesn't process successfully, you would have to ask for another form of payment from your customer.

QuickBooks allows you to use a Visa, MasterCard, Discover, and American Express credit card types. However, processing vCard is unavailable as of the moment.
I’d suggest sending a feedback request to our product development team. They will evaluate these and pick some of them to include in future updates. This way, we can help you with your business needs.
