ACH payment $3,200 received last Wednesday 6 PM is still “Paid (in review)”. Today is the 5th business day. Please confirm release date and reason for delay.

Additional verification steps may sometimes extend the review timeframe, premiumgutter2024. Since today marks day 5, I recommend contacting our Merchant Services Team directly for an update.

 

Our support team has access to your account and transaction details and can provide an exact date when it will be released and the reason for the delay. If there are any steps needed to move the process along, they’ll be happy to guide you through them.

 

Here’s how to contact them:

 

  1. Click the Help button in the top-right corner of your QuickBooks screen.
  2. Select the Assistant tab and type Talk to an expert to get support options.
  3. Choose your preferred method — either Chat or Callback.
