ACH Payments Not Processing

Hello!

I am in the state of Michigan and Flagstar bank as bought out the Well's Fargo branches. I was told by quickbooks that I can not used flagstar bank for ACH payments. Has anyone else used flagstar for ACH payments?

Let me share some insights about using the ACH payments processing via the QuickBooks Payments.

 

At this time, we only accept Visa, MasterCard, American Express, and Discover Card with billing addresses based in the US. However, you can use any debit card that has a Visa or MasterCard symbol on it.

  1. Sign in to your QuickBooks Online Company.
  2. Click (?) Help at the upper right corner.
  3. Select Contact US on the pop-up.
  4. Enter a brief description of your concern then hit Continue.
  5. Click Get a callback.
  6. Enter your contact information.
  7. Select Call me.
