Anyone have this problem from these idiots at Intuit? My payment will not process and theycant fix it. Its been a month and I am locked out of my account. Morons.

Hello there, @jkbhl.

 

You'll want to resubscribe first to your suspended QuickBooks Online account so you can update your payment information.

 

Here's how:

  1. Login to your QBO account.
  2. Click the Gear icon.
  3. Select Account and Settings.
  4. Click Billing & Subscription.
  5. Select Resubscribe, then enter your updated billing information.
  6. Once done, click Subscribe.

Once done, you can change your payment information.

I am sorry, but that DOES NOT WORK!  We have attempted to do this at least 20 times.  Like i said before, the matter was escalated to engineering and was supposed to be rectified by Thursday.  THIS DID NOT HAPPEN.  The case information is as follows:

Please follow up on this for me and get back t me ASAP!!!!!

Thank you for your canned response.  It give me the perfectly clear evidence that you are not paying attention to my issue at all.

 

THIS METHOD DOES NOT WORK!!!  THAT IS THE PROBLEM!!!!  WITH THE GUIDANCE OF A SUPERVISOR, WE ATTEMPTED TO DO THIS AT LEAST 12 TIMES TO NO AVAIL.

 

THE ISSUE WAS ESCALATED TO ENGINEERING WHERE IS HAS BEEN PROMPTLY LOST.
