I am sorry, but that DOES NOT WORK! We have attempted to do this at least 20 times. Like i said before, the matter was escalated to engineering and was supposed to be rectified by Thursday. THIS DID NOT HAPPEN. The case information is as follows:

Thank you for your canned response. It give me the perfectly clear evidence that you are not paying attention to my issue at all.
THIS METHOD DOES NOT WORK!!! THAT IS THE PROBLEM!!!! WITH THE GUIDANCE OF A SUPERVISOR, WE ATTEMPTED TO DO THIS AT LEAST 12 TIMES TO NO AVAIL.
THE ISSUE WAS ESCALATED TO ENGINEERING WHERE IS HAS BEEN PROMPTLY LOST.
