As I try to down load payments from Intuit. I am receiving a message that says doing maint but if seen for over 24 hours (been 3 days) contact Intuit. what to do?

Thank you for letting us know about this issue.  I would like to dig into this and help get it resolved.  Can you provide me with the exact message you are seeing or (even better) possibly attach a screenshot so I can see exactly what the messaging is?
