Hi.
Why can i not select many transactions in" receive payments" at once when matching but i see an option of suggested then i can just check all transaction at one when i choose " deposit " .
I think it is very very basic but they did not include that option to select the whole bach of received payments .. i match hundreds of transactions a day and i just sit there and check each transaction ( which i think it is dumb, and a waste of time unless there is a reason but i can't think of any )
I'll share insights about matching transactions from your bank feeds in QuickBooks Online (QBO), @KalRe.
The suggested match means the application detects a possible matching transaction to what's already entered in the application. This only allows you to match one transaction per deposit.
However, suppose the suggested match is not correct or you prefer to select multiple transactions to match the deposit. In that case, you can utilize Find Other Matches to show all possible entries that you can match with the deposit. All you have to do is toggle off the Suggested matches button.
After that, you can mark all the entries checked under the Select transaction match section one by one.
Moreover, I'll take note of your preference about having the option to select applicable matches at once and relay it to our next-level help. However, I still recommend you send this from your end to notify our product development team:

Please, read carefully what i wrote before. You guys have all the same repetitive answers all the time.
I already went to " find other matches" then: "Transactions day" then " receive payments".
After that, i see all the transactions for that period. And they are hundreds. I want to check them all at once. Not one by one. And i can not see that option.
I sent the screen shot only to show the diffence between : RECEIVED PAYMENTS THAT DON'T HAVE ANY OPTION TO SELECT THE WHOLE BATCH AND DEPOSITS WHERE IT SHOWS SUGGESTED AND THEN CLICK ON IT AND THE WHOLE BATCH IS SELECTED.
I JUST WANT TO SELECT THE WHOLE BATCH WITH ONE CLICK instead of hundredreds of clicks ( each transaction selected seperately) to select the " received payments " transactions
I acknowledge your inputs on selecting the whole batch with one click when matching online bank transactions, KalRe; however, this ability is currently unavailable in QuickBooks Online (QBO).
Rest assured, I'll take note of your idea to help improve our service and your overall QuickBooks experience. I recommend sending your insights directly to our product engineers through your QBO account. They will review your suggestions and may include them in future product updates.
