Being billed twice

I am paying 18.00 and 16.99 each month because one is going thru the google play store now I canceled Google I cant get in

I'll share the options on how you can sign back in to your QBSE account in Google Play, @Ltabor

 

When you cancel your Google subscription, you still have access to your account until the next billing cycle. It could be the remaining time on your subscription has expired. This maybe the reason you're unable to log in to your account. 

 

To help fix this, you'll need to set up the subscription again. Here are the steps: 

  1. On your Android phone or tablet, open the Google Play Store.
  2. Find the QuickBooks Self-Employed app. 
  3. Click Subscribe and choose a subscription option.
  4. Select a payment method.
  5. Choose Subscribe

If your subscription is still within the billing cycle, you can restore it. Here's how: 

  1. Open the Google Play Store.
  2. Check if you’re signed in to the correct Google Account.
  3. Tap Menu.
  4. Hit Subscriptions.
  5. Locate your QuickBooks Self-Employed plan. 
  6. Tap Restore.
  7. Follow the instructions to complete the process.
