bill Pay

I am not able to finish making payments to vendors. It lets me use the first screen, but as soon as I go to the next page where the payments are listed and hit "next", to finalize the details, it does nothing. Also, it looks like not all of the information loaded on the first screen. Yes, I tried refreshing the screens, and even shutting the program down and restarting. Nothing has been working. This has been goin on for a few weeks, and it is only my computer that has the problem. How can I resolve this issue?

Since you mentioned this only happens to a specific computer, you may need to make sure you've met the system requirements for QuickBooks Online. You can check out the minimum and recommended requirements to ensure the web application runs in its full capacity:

I also suggest performing some basic troubleshooting to isolate the cause of why you're unable to proceed with making payments. Let's start with logging into your account using a private browser.


I'm adding some shortcut keys below depending on the browser you're using:


  • Google Chrome, press CTRL  Shift N
  • Mozilla Firefox: press CTRL  Shift P
  • Internet Explorer: press CTRL  Shift P
  • Safari: press Command Shift N

If it works using the private browser, please switch back to the regular one to clear the cache. In case all fails, let's try to use a different supported browser to check if the issue is system or browser related.
