Join nowI have a client that is using QB Enterprise Solutions. In the "Write Check" window there is not a column showing on the far right to mark the expenses as Billable. Is this an option under preferences? Thank you in advance.

If you right-click on the column headers from the bottom of the write checks window, do you see the ability to add the "Billable?" column to the Chosen Columns list?
If not, it is possible that the "Billable?" column has been resized so small that you cannot find/read it. You can click and drag the dotted lines that separate the columns and resize them as needed.
