Can I creat a Return merchandise authorization form on qb?

Thank you for posting in the Community. In QuickBooks, there is no Return Merchandise Authorization form (RMA). As a workaround, we can create a Credit Memo, once the item returns to you and needs to be closed out so those quantities can be adjusted within QuickBooks.  

Here's how to create a credit memo: 

1. Click the + New. 
2. Choose Credit memo. 
3. Enter all the information needed. 
4. Press Save and close. 

Once the product arrived from the customer, you'll return the particular amount from the customer.
