Can i download company data so if i get deactivated for non payment, when i can start making payments again, i can upload my data to not lose data?
You can re-subscribe your account within 1 year from the date your account was cancelled. If your budget is limited, consider using old QB Desktop with a non subscription license.
@SIAB is correct. If your account is canceled, you'll have one year of read-only access. Resubscribing within this time will preserve your data and keep it accessible.
You can also export your data if you'd like to keep a copy outside of QuickBooks.
