I can show you how you can edit your invoice's email templates in QuickBooks. This way, we can make your transactions more personalized when sending it to your customer. Here's how:

 

  1. Go the Edit menu and select Preferences.
  2. Click Send Forms.
  3. In the Company Preferences section, make sure that Invoices is set in the Email Template section.
  4. Select Add Template.
  5. Enter your personalized details and select Save.
  6. Once done, click Set as Default for the template that you wanted to use.
