Can I get a box on my invoice to customers that says pay here? or click here to pay? It use to show up automatically because we allow online payments & now its gone.

First, please ensure that the Online delivery is set to the Online invoice option in your Account and Settings.

Here's how:

2. Select the Sales tab.
3. Scroll down to the Online delivery section. 
4. Tick the Invoices checkbox, and select Online invoice from the Additional email options for invoices.
   
   
5. Click on Save. Then, Done.

In addition, when creating your invoices, ensure that the available Payment options are selected, and the 'Add payment link to PDF' option under the Design tab is enabled. This will include a clickable payment button directly on the invoice PDF that your customers receive.
