@marcus-roberts Welcome to our community. Great question!

QuickBooks Payments accounts will connect to many shopping cart providers.  Here is information on how to make the connection between the products: Create an AppID, AppLogin, and Connection Ticket

If you need additional assistance creating your connection ticket, please contact support

Hi,

I am only seeing information for QB Online.

I've tried calling to speak to someone, but no one is a available. I am a priority circle member and have not heard anything back.

@marcus-roberts  Thank you for that update.

I looked into e-commerce procedures and was informed that as of 11/2019 the experience has changed.

To connect Merchant Services to your web store, there are two steps to take on the QuickBooks payments side:

  1. Know your Merchant Services Center login credentials (sign in to make sure login is correct).
  2. Go to Developer.intuit.com and create an account.

After these steps are completed, you will need to contact your shopping cart provider for instructions to make the connection.

If you need help with steps using Intuit's developer website, you'll need to submit a help ticket on the site.
