You've got me. I'm here to help you view your PayPal account, @dafna.

Yes! You can integrate your PayPal account in QuickBooks. If you don't see the PayPal account in your bank feed, it might be toggle off. We can modify the setting to turn it on. Here's how:

  1. Click the Settings ⚙ and choose Bank Accounts.
  2. Look for the account PayPal Account.
  3. In the Show Account section, select the toggle to ON.

Thanks Ailene!
PayPal is toggled on 👍🏻 just not showing the additional PP credit line or PP credit card. It should come up as a second account. Like you can have multiple bank accounts under one login. Do you know what I mean?

I have the same issue, it says resolved but I don't see the solution.

Is the solution to call support and they will sync Paypal Credit?

I don't see the solution posted.

Do they have to manually set it up over the phone??

Or do they not support PP Credit card sync?

Hi, irbaboon.

Sine the steps above didn't work, I'd recommend reaching out to our QuickBooks Self-Employed Support so they can help you investigate this further.

All account-related concerns need to be directed to our phone support for security purposes. Unlike in this public forum, they have the tools required to perform any escalations in the system whenever necessary on your behalf.

Here's how to contact us:

  1. Go to the ? Help menu.
  2. Choose Contact us button.
  3. In the Ask a question (or tell us what's wrong), describe the problem you're having.
  4. Hit Continue.
  5. Choose your contact options in the Choose a way to connect with us section.

You may want to refer to this write-up to help guide you in connecting a bank account: Connect bank and credit card accounts to QuickBooks Self-Employed. On the same link, you'll find an article that provides steps on how to categorize your transactions.

Drop your comment below if you have other account management or QuickBooks concerns. I'll do my best to help you. Have a good one.
