You can resend those invoices to customers and let them pay using the new ones. Let me guide you how.

 

Here's how:

  1. From the left panel, select Sales.
  2. Click Customers.
  3. Click the name of the affected customer, then go to Transaction Lists tab.
  4. Locate and open that specific invoice(s).
  5. Click Save and send at the bottom.

But it is not customer, I am paying customer invoice from the company login via credit card.

Let me route you to the best support available so this gets addressed right away. We have a forum called Intuit Developer. From there, you'll get an answer from one of the experts handling credit card payment via sandbox.

 

I recommend posting your concerns on their forum as they are the best gurus to help you resolve this.

Once there:

  1. Click the Help menu.
  2. On the What do you need help with? section, choose General Questions.
  3. Select Ask a Question on the right.

I posted my concern using the way you mentioned but I did not get reply from anyone.  Please provide me the solution as I need it as soon as possible.

I'd also love to get this sorted out for you. In the meantime, we can't pull up customer's accounts in the Community or verify personal information for security purposes.

Seems like you did not understand my question.  I just simply want to ask you that can I test credit card payment in quickboooks online sandbox company? Yes or No. If yes, then what are the required settings.

As much as we would like to address your concern about your QuickBooks Online Sandbox company and why you've been receiving an error message. But we have separate support who can better explain the components of processing your transactions in the Sandbox company.

 

That being said, here's how you can contact our dedicated support:

  1. Go to the Intuit Developer Support homepage.
  2. Tap QuickBooks Online.
  3. Select Ask a Question.
  4. Click Sign in.

The error message occurs due to an invalid merchant configuration. In this case, I highly recommend contacting our QuickBooks Payments/Merchant Support Team, since we need to pull up your account information securely. They can check your Intuit Merchant ID and help configure it with more tools.
