charged twice for a single transaction

My client was charged 5 times, out of those 5 times only 4 were refunded.  This was caused by the issue that QuickBooks had back in September 13-14,2020.  I have tried numerous, to get a resolution to this I am getting nowhere.  I have messaged and called and no luck.    It would be very nice to be able to give my client and ETA of their refund. It is now November 04,2020 and this is yet to be resolved.
