I need a breakdown of the monthly charges.  When we enrolled we provided a credit card for recurring monthly charges however our checking account is being charged for services?

You can see QuickBooks Online subscription charges from within your account. Here's how:


  1. Click the Gear icon.
  2. Select Accounts and Settings.
  3. Click Billing & Subscription on the left of the screen.
  4. Select the View payment history link.

Additionally, you may wish to consider contacting the QuickBooks Online Phone Support Team. An agent of this team can pull up your account in a secure environment and go over specific billing questions. You can reach them with the following steps:

  1. Visit the following link: QuickBooks Support.
  2. Choose options for the two prompts.
  3. Click Get Phone Number.
