Collecting Credit Card Information

We currently use Formstack to collect credit card information from our clients.  Formstack is changing their  forms in January.  With this change the entire credit card number will no longer be visible.  Only the last 4 digits will be visible.  Therefore, this platform will no longer work for us to collect credit card information and input it into Quickbooks.   Our process is to collect credit card information during the onboarding process by our sales team.  The collection of this information occurs before the client is set up in QuickBooks.  New clients are charged a setup fee which is applied as a credit to their account.  Therefore, using the PayNow option will not work given our current process.  I am looking for other options to collect credit card information electronically.    We process our credit cards directly through QuickBooks/Intuit.

Collecting Credit Card Information

Thanks for visiting Community, batvalil.

I’d like to direct you to the right place where you can look for apps that you can use to collect credit card information and can be integrated with QuickBooks Online (QBO).

Feel free to visit our Intuit Marketplace website to look for third party applications that are most compatible with QuickBooks. From there, you can choose a variety of applications by searching for an app name, keyword, job, or category.
