Has anyone had an issue with adding American Express Centurion Bank account information as direct deposit for a contractor? I have been able to add banking information for all my contractors that I pay via direct deposit however I am receiving a notification for this one to "make sure your bank account information is correct and try saving again". I chatted with QB support and they do not have a resolution. I need to be able to pay this contractor direct deposit and this is their only bank account. We are currently using ADP and want to transition to QB payroll and this Amex Centurion bank account information works with ADP. Anyone else have any ideas?
