Credit card not connected

Welcome to the Community, @cathy-cathyoneil.

May I know which specific bank you're trying to connect with QuickBooks Self-Employed (QBSE)? Any additional information will help me provide the best resolution.

In the meantime, here are some of the possible reasons why you're unable to connect:

  • Your bank has multiple names on our list. Make sure you have selected the correct listing or have tried all possible links. Search by the banking sign-in URL to ensure you are using the correct listing.
  • Your bank does not connect to all types of accounts (for example, personal accounts vs business accounts).
  • Your bank is not a participating financial institution.

You can refer to this article for the detailed steps on how to fix this: Find your bank or credit card account when you connect to online banking.

If the same thing happens, try signing into your QBSE using a private browser (incognito). This will help us check if this is a browser-related issue. Here's how:

  • Press Ctrl Shift (Google Chrome).
  • Ctrl Shift (Firefox).
  • Control Option (Safari).

Once signed in, try to connect the bank again to double-check. If it's successful, return to your default browser and perform a clear cache to refresh the system. However, if the issue persists, try using other supported browsers.

Please leave a comment below if you have any additional questions or concerns. I'm more than happy to answer them. Have a great day!
