Credit card number was changed

Hello @Anonymous,

Welcome to the Community. I'd be happy to assist you with changing the credit card number.

So that I'm able to give you the best information and solution, could you please provide some additional information on the number change? For example, are you needing to update a customer payment method?

Looking forward to your response. Take care.

The credit card you have on file is no longer valid.  We received a new card today.  I need to have the Intuit Quick Books records changed to the  new number.  Thank you.

Credit card number Quick Books has on file is no longer valid.  A new card was issued and I must change the number on QB's records so monthly fee can be automatically charged to the new number. thankyou

Hello, katconte13.

Thank you for taking the time to visit the Community. I can show you how to update the card on file for your QuickBooks Online subscription.

This can be done directly through your QBO account. Here's how:

1. Click the Gear icon in the top right corner.

2. Select Account and Settings.

3. Choose the Billing & Subscription tab.

4. In the top section, click Edit beside of Payment Method.

5. Enter the new card information, and select Save.

The next monthly charge will be debited from the new card. I wish you and your business continued success. Please let me know if you have any other questions.
