The option to enter and apply a customer:job automatically to several items is currently unavailable in QuickBooks Desktop. However, you may consider enabling the Automatically recall information feature in the preferences.
Let me show you how:
Go to Edit and choose Preferences.
In the General tab, mark to select the Automatically recall last transaction for this name radio button.
Click on OK once done.
I've attached some screenshots for reference.
From there, QuickBooks automatically fills out the form with information you entered in the last transaction when entering a bill.
Another variant for you would be using an importing app, for instance Business Importer, in case that is an option for you. So if you have all the data in the excel or csv files, you can make bulk import of your billable bills.
