Customer name on emailed purchase order does not appear.

Glad to see you here in the Community, theranchproshop.

It’s my priority that your vendor’s name will show on the emailed purchase order.

To make sure that I’m on the same page, are you referring to the customer‘s name not showing the in the Customer/Project column?

I've looked into this further, and didn't find any reported issues related to yours. Let's work together and perform a few troubleshooting steps to resolve the issue.

The first thing you'll need to do is open your account in a Private browser or Incognito window. This allows you to browse the net without storing the internet history and cookies.

Here are the shortcut keys for each browser:

Internet Explorer:

  1. Go to the Gear icon ( ⚙ ) in the upper-right hand.
  2. Click on Safety.
  3. Select InPrivate Browsing or press CTRL + SHIFT + P on your keyboard.

Mozilla Firefox:

  1. Click on the three-line icon.
  2. Select New Private Window.

Google Chrome:

  1. Click on the three dots in the upper right hand corner.
  2. Select New incognito window or press CTRL+SHIFT+N on your keyboard.

Safari (Mac):

  1. Click on File.
  2. Select New Private Window.

If this works well, it's possible that your main browser is filled with cached data, which causes odd behavior on the application. To keep this from happening again, you'll need to clear your browser's cache.

Let me know how things go once you've tried the steps, and I'll be glad to help you some more if need be. Have a great day.
