With QuickBooks, the program currently offers a payment method logic. The logic is that payment method options saved on the current invoice, will remain the same on the invoice created as this remembers the last saved preference.

- Sign in to your QBO account.
- Go to Settings and select Accounts and Settings.
- From the Sales tab, click Edit under the Invoice Payments section.

However, if the payment settings were already enabled and the same thing happens on the next invoicing, I suggest uninstalling and reinstalling the app to start fresh. To do this:
