An individual contacted my company regarding a charge on his bill having never heard of us. Someone purchased a bus ticket from our company online and it was processed by Quick-books online essentials. The person who purchased the ticket is not the cardholder and the cardholder states they do not know the ticket purchaser. I am unsure of how to respond to the situation and how to avoid this in the future. Quick-books support chat regarding this issue connected me to someone who said they appreciated my time, but he was in pre-sales and could not assist. A phone call routed me to quick-book sales as well with no transfer to the right dept. The only contact I can find for Quick-book online Essentials in an email link. no phone numbers or chat options. I have no idea how to proceed from here to contact someone at Quick-books to start getting this issue resolved.
