When a current recurring payment declines there is no longer anywhere to edit the credit card details. When you go to Payment Processing errors and click edit, there is no longer anyway to edit the credit card info. When you go to edit template you can edit the credit card info there but it won't process the declined transaction with the new card info. Why can you no longer edit the card information on the transaction? This makes no sense. Why have an edit button at all if you cant edit the declined card? I had to delete the transaction and make a new invoice with the new card info. This makes no sense at all. Please fix this.
I can see that you've been through a lot in attempting to edit the credit card information on the transaction.
I've checked and found out that this is an ongoing issue. Our product team is currently investigating why you're unable to edit credit cards after failed recurring charge attempts.
While our dedicated engineers work to find you a solution, I'd suggest contacting our phone support so they add you to the list of affected users. We'll make sure to keep you updated as soon as this is available. In the meantime, I can only suggest deleting and recreating your receipt and submit it manually for processing.
