I know the urgency of getting your payment from your employer, @jaimmyrosado. Rest assured that I'm here to route you to the right support in resolving this issue.


There is a lead time in processing payments in QuickBooks. The funds usually reach your bank account within 2 - 3 business days of the transaction. It varies on the time your employer enter transactions, and on how long it takes the bank to verify and process electronic deposits. Credit card payment deposits can take 1 - 2 banking days while 2 - 7 business days for Bank transfer (ACH) deposits  To learn more about this process, go through this article: Find Out When QuickBooks Payments Deposits Your Money


If it's beyond the lead time, please have your employer contact our Merchant Services Team. They can double-check the status of your payment. Also, they can confirm when it will be deposited into your bank account. They are available from 6:00 am to 6:00 pm (Mondays to Fridays) and from 6:00 am to 3:00 pm (Saturdays) PST. I'll guide you how. 

  1. Go to this link: Contact Payments Support
  2. Locate the QuickBooks Online with Payments & Merchant Service Center section. 
  3. Select either Chat with us or get their phone number to call them.
