They'll be able to pull up your account will need to look into your account in a secure server and guide you through the whole discontinuation process.
Select the Account tab, then go to your Account Profile.
Select Close Account, then select a reason and add comments you'd like to share in the Reason for closing dropdown.
Once done, you'll get an email confirmation of your QuickBooks Payments account cancellation. Also, you still have read-only access to the Merchant Services Center for a full year. Thus, allowing you to view and download your reports, statements, and tax forms.
