Having problems processing discover? Why?

We had an investigation where the discover banking connection does not pull up the transactions. However, this issue has already been resolved.
If you're still experiencing this issue, I recommend contacting our QuickBooks Online Support Team. They have additional tools to dig deeper as to what’s causing the problem to reoccur.
