You need a QuickBooks Payments account to allow your customers to pay invoices online. However, this option is only available within the United States. Below are the following fees or rates per transaction:

In the meantime, I suggest looking for a 3rd-party app that can integrate with QBO to allow your international customers to pay you. Here's how:
