Does anybody have experience with handling of Paypal Fees for refunded PayPal payments? Should be treated as deposits but are treated like payments, which is not correct

e.g. I refunded 29.90 to a client. Got 1.32 PayPal fee back, but these 1.32 are booked as an expense not as a deposit. How can I change this and make sure it doesn't happen again?

You can make a deposit to offset the fee, marcusk.

 

Changing the expense transaction to a deposit is unavailable. You'll have to create a deposit manually.
