I see quite a few known issues with our PayPal integration at the moment. To better assist you, I'd like to gain some additional insight into your question. Are you receiving any errors, and if so what's the full error message? Once I know this information I can provide more detailed information if there's a known ticket open with our Product Development Team.

 

You can also reach out to our Support Team by following these super quick steps:

 

  1. Sign in to your QuickBooks Online company.
  2. Click Help (?) at the top right.
  3. Hit Contact Us to connect with a live support agent.

Thank you Michael...here is the message I get on my transactions with Paypal

For input string: "c0cb1270-3430-11ea-90b4-09c080e5adc1"

That's all it tells me and I can't seem to figure out how to correct it. Also the description does not match the payee except for the first one, which I know I can change...

To help get past the issue, I have to check what’s causing the input string error. The process requires account verification which I’m unable to perform in the Community for security reasons.


I recommend contacting PayPal Payments Support Team. They can help configure the app and make sure you can receive payments seamlessly.
