Good day to you, jaimeaxel-tirado.

Currently, accepting credit card payments in QuickBooks is only offered in the United States. A user has to have a US business address to be able to use this feature. This is why you're unable to use your bank account.

Please feel free to check the Eligibility section of the Intuit Payment's Terms and Condition for more details.

You can always go back to this thread if you have other questions in mind.

If you are a Merchant in Puerto Rico, Payroll not Payment will work for you using native modes.  Plug-ins and third party apps have been developed for Puerto Rico merchants. Visit the group Puerto Rico Quickbooks Online Experts or the web at The Boss Keeper .

They offer connectors to allow credit card processing with your Quickbooks Online, Quickbooks Desktop and Quickbooks POS .

Do you know if QBO works with the BP Web Cash Manager?  Someone at BP told me it only works with Desktop and then others say it works with Quickbooks online, but I am not able to successfully connect my account.
