I have some information about Stripe and QuickBooks integration. You'll need to have a third-party app to sync your Stripe credit card payments with QuickBooks.
Visit this link here: https://quickbooks.intuit.com/app/apps/home/.
You can also go to the Apps tab, then search "Stripe" from the search field.
In case you need help with other payment tasks, feel free to browse this link here to go to our general payment topics with articles.
I'll be right here if you still have follow-up questions or concerns with credit card payments, don't hesitate to reply. Take care and have a lovely day ahead.
Do you need to reconcile Stripe transactions into your QBO account, or accepting Stripe as a payment option for your business?
We are looking to use stripe as a payment method on our website. I am just trying to understand if there is a way to then automatically update QB with the sale or do I need to add all of the Stripe transactions myself. Thank you.
Thank you for all of the information. If the sales team opts to use stripe, it sounds like there is a way to connect it to QB so the sale gets recorded without a lot of manual work by me.
You may explore this app to integrate with your website and accept Stripe payments.
Then utilize Onessas for free to connect the app with your QBO account.
Another option, add express checkout widget to your website
then you may have this app to reconcile Stripe transactions into your QBO account.
