It's nice to see you here in the Community. I can help change the subject of your email when sending an invoice in QuickBooks Desktop (QBDT).
You can customize your email template and change the subject line with your company name. This can be done through your Company Preferences and I'm happy to show you how.
Before we proceed, you must log in as Admin or have the permission to modify company preferences and the company file needs to be in a Single User mode. To customize your email template, here's how:
1. Go to Edit menu at the top, then pick Preferences on the drop-down.
2. Choose Send Forms on the left panel, then click the Company Preferences tab.
3. Select E-mail as Delivery Method Default, then pick Invoice on the Email Templates drop-down.
4. Click Add Template, then you can now customize the Subject line of the invoice.
5. Once done, select Save.
