Perhaps you are using Simple Start which does not allow vendor bill management-?
If so and this entering a bill is important you can and should upgrade to Essentials
Hi ,I'm using Quickbooks plus online, and this is not possible. Could you advice on how to do this or create a provision for this. Your response is generic and does not address my query as i attached a file.
yes you can do it
create a service item called rent rcvd, select a rent income account on the item screen and use that on a sales receipt
If you are receiving rent, the renter is the customer not a vendor
or when paying rent
create a non inventory type item called rent, select the rent expense account on the item screen
use that item, when you pay rent
