I’m here to provide some information about the error code WLT1003 that you’re experiencing, @MJHINVD.
I understand the convenience of being able to link your customer’s credit card easily. I’d like to let you know that if you failed to store CC values in our Wallet system or has many failures in a short period of time, our system will block your ability to score cards for 12 hours. Through this, we can prevent fraud.
You’ll need to wait for 12 hours then try again to add your customer’s credit card. However, if the issue persists, I recommend reaching out to our Merchant Support Team. You can do this through your QuickBooks Online account. They have the tools to pull up your account in a secure manner.
Here’s how:
- Go to the Help (?).
- Select either of these to start: Assistant or Search.
- Choose a way to connect with us: Start a chat or Call us.
Please take note of our support hours so we can address your concerns on time. We also have other ways to contact them, you can refer to this link to learn more: Contact QuickBooks Payments
As a workaround, you’ll want to consider using an alternative card or payment method. To do so, feel free to read this article: Add, edit, or disable a credit card
