Join nowError in merchant services it delinked to my desktop QuickBooks. QuickBooks does not know how to fix it or merchant services nothing they do works anybody else having the same problem? It was working one day then the next day it was black then they deleted it and cannot get it back.

To get a better idea of what could be the problem, do you get an error message when connecting your payments account? If so, can you share that error message?

This is the error message that I have. The up top that on clicked on to sign in to merchant services when black and QuickBooks log on and deleted it and now I have nothing. And Cannot get it back.

The error you are seeing has been reported and is being worked on. Can you private message me the email address on your account to add you to the investigation? This will ensure your account is updated as soon as the issue is resolved.
You can still process payments through your Merchant Service Center account and manually apply the payment to invoices in QuickBooks.
