TYPE INITIALIZER  Thank you for joining community.

To get a better idea of what could be the problem, do you get an error message when connecting your payments account? If so, can you share that error message?

@TYPE INITIALIZER  Thank you for that information.

You can still process payments through your Merchant Service Center account and manually apply the payment to invoices in QuickBooks.

To process payments from the Merchant Service Center website:

  1. Log in to merchantcenter.intuit.com
  2. Under Processing Tools select Charge a Card.
  3. Enter payment information (We recommend you enter as much information as possible to help you track your transactions in the future.)
  4. Click Submit to process the payment.

To manually record the payment in QuickBooks:

  1. Sign in to your QuickBooks file.
  2. Go to Receive Payment.
  3. Select customer
  4. Enter payment amount.
  5. Select the Invoice to apply payment to.
  6. Make sure the Process Payment option is deselected to avoid processing a saved credit card or ACH account. You can find the option in the main menu section.
  7. Save and close

We apologize for any inconvenience this issue has caused. Please come back if you have additional questions.
