Expense attachments

I'm here to walk you through deleting the Attachments in QuickBooks Online. 

Let me guide you on how to do it:

1. Go to the Gear icon, and then choose Attachments under the Lists section.
2. Find the attachment you want to delete.
3. Go to the Action column.
4. Click Delete from the drop-down.
5. Select Yes to confirm the action.

For future reference, you’ll want to pull up and customize some bill-related reports to keep track of your expense transactions.

Thank you but that wasn't my question.  I'm asking, if I attach a receipt to an expense in Quickbooks Online from my computer files, but then delete the computer file, will the receipt still be attached in  Quickbooks?
