Exporting Table Of Invoices With Links

I have a lot of customers asking for tables of their open invoices along with a clickable link for them to issue online payment. I've been adding links manually, but switching back and forth between QB and email tabs for 10+ open invoices is a big time waster. Is there a better way to do this with one quick export?

Hello @Cameron Whiteside,

As of now, there isn't an option to send more than one invoice to your customer in one email. The option you’ve provided is the only way we have right now.

However, I encourage sending feedback to our engineering team. This way, they can consider checking and working on the option to send more than invoices with links to your customer in one email.

To send feedback, here's how:

Click the Gear icon, select Feedback.
Enter your suggestion, then click Next.
Fill in the additional details, then click the Send message button.

Thank you for joining the thread, @AmyHouk. I'll answer this concern for you.

What you can do in QuickBooks Online is to use the Batch Actions button on the Invoices page. It allows you to send several invoices at once. The option to send a single email with different payment links is unavailable. Follow these steps to proceed:

Highlight the Sales tab, then select Invoices.
Tick the boxes of the invoices you want to send out.
Click the Batch actions drop-down menu, then hit Send.

This isn't what I was looking for. I was looking for a list of invoice links or an intuitive way to extract the PDF invoices from QBO so they can be displayed on our clients' online accounts with us. QBO does not offer a way for us to extract the links or even the PDF's individually to achieve this issue. At present, it's completely manual and with several hundred emails going monthly, there has to be a better way.
