Generate my chase merchant to QB online

I'd be glad to link Chase account into QuickBooks Online, @info1368.

Here's how:

  1. Go to the Banking menu.
  2. Click Add account.
  3. Enter Chase bank's URL in the Search field.
  4. Type in your online banking login credentials.
  5. Complete the MFA prompt, and then click Continue.
  6. Choose the appropriate mapping of your accounts.
  7. Once done, click Connect.

Now that your accounts are connected, QuickBooks Online will automatically download transactions, so you don't have to enter them manually. Then, you can start reviewing and categorizing the transactions.

You'll also want to link your Merchant Service to QuickBooks Online, I'll show you how:

  1. Sign in to your QuickBooks Online account.
  2. Go to the Gear icon, then choose Account and Settings.
  3. Select Payments, and then click Connect.
  4. Select Next to proceed.
  5. When the account has been successfully linked, you'll receive a confirmation page, and then select Done.

For future reference, feel free to check this article: Reconcile an account in QuickBooks Online. This can help ensure that your accounts match your real-life bank and credit card statements.

Find your way back here if there's anything else you'd like to ask in connecting bank accounts in QuickBooks. I'm more than happy to help you.
