You'll get a notification at the contact email you provided during the QuickBooks Payments signup explaining why your account is on hold. Please check your email, including the spam folder, for this notification.
If you haven't received a notification from QuickBooks and your account has been on hold for a month, contact our Live Support Team to determine the reason.
Here's how:
- Go to the Help menu.
- From the Search tab, select any article.
- Click Contact Us.
- Pick a topic or enter your concern, then select Continue.
- Choose Chat with us or Have us call you.
