Join nowHi @alegnainc172017.
Happy New Year to you as well. I'd be happy to help you get your bank account connected to your QuickBooks Online.
I do see both Kabbage and GreenDot listed when searching in the connection window.
Can you share a little more about what's happening when you try to connect the account?
I'll keep an eye out for your reply so we can get you up and running quickly.

Thanks for the additional information @alegnainc172017.
The screenshot you provided is very helpful. You’re on the right track, just a few more steps to go.
The good news is this is as designed. The message is for multi factor authentication for the security of your Kabbage bank account. In this window you’ll want to select “Yes”, then Continue. Then you’ll receive an email with a security code that you will enter in the following window.
Once you’ve entered that code, Kabbage and QuickBooks will connect and your transactions will download automatically and you’ll be good to go.
Let me know if you have any additional questions about connecting your account or anything else. I’m here for you.
Hi :) I'm having the same issue. When I choose to get the email for verification, I immediately get an error and am unable to enter the code to move to the next step. I have attached the screenshot of what I get.
Is there a solution for this?
I'm here to help connect your bank accounts to QuickBooks, roselyevents.
The code may not work if your bank doesn't support an online banking connection with QuickBooks. I suggest contacting Kabbage and checking with them about the integration.
That way, they can provide more details about their security process and help link your account. For now, you can download transactions from Kabbage. Then, manually import them to QuickBooks.
Don't hesitate to post again if you have other banking concerns. I'll be right here to help you.
Hello, alegnainc172017.
Thanks for getting back to us. I'd like to continue and help you with the Kabbage connection issue.
You mentioned that Kabbage is under a new ownership. Does it still use the same link when logging in?
Kabbage might've updated their link, and the website from your screenshot is already outdated. This is the reason why you're getting the error message.
What you'll want to do is to go to your bank's login page and copy and paste the new link on the search bar (where you search for your bank in QuickBooks).
If you can't see the updated link, Kabbage might not have updated their listing yet. You can send a request to our banking team and have them work with Kabbage to update the connection.
Here's how to do it:
Take note that the bank has the final say on finalizing the request.
In the meantime, you can manually import your Kabbage transactions so you can start categorizing them as soon as possible. Check this link if you need a guide: Manually upload transactions into QuickBooks Online.
Add and categorize or match your transactions as soon as they're imported into QuickBooks. When you're done, you can start your regular reconciliation process.
Do you need help with your bank transactions? Or do you need help on a specific task within QuickBooks? Please let me know the details by leaving a reply. I'll get back to you to help you out.
