Hello there, @evelyn-tichenor.

Welcome to the QuickBooks Community. I can help you link your PNC bank in QuickBooks Online.

Adding and linking your bank for the online banking feature is as easy as 1,2,3. However, we need to make sure we're selecting the correct website to avoid login issues. Let's get this sorted out!

  1. On the left menu, go and select the Banking tab.
  2. Click the Add account option.

  3. On the search field, enter PNC. Scan through the list and make sure it matches the your bank's website.

  4. Enter your login credentials and continue the prompts in connecting your financial institution.

During the first link of your company credit card, only transactions less than 90 days old will get imported into QuickBooks. If you wish to add transactions older than that, we can use the Web Connect tool.

In case the websites don't match the link of PNC, click Still can't find your bank? to create and send a request. On the next screen, enter your bank name and web address and then click Request.

That should keep you going today, @evelyn. Please let me know how it goes or if you have any follow-up question about online banking. I'll be here if you need further assistance.
