The option to connect or sync Stripe from QuickBooks Self-Employed (QBSE) is currently unavailable. You can go to the Gear icon from your QBSE account and then Labs to check for any third-party apps that QBSE currently syncs.
In the meantime, you can manually add your income and expenses to QBSE. Check these articles for more information on adding your transactions and categorizing them to the right schedule C category:

You are using QBSE, correct? Your option is only to import transactions manually. You may need to purchase a 3rd party tool to convert *.csv to *.qbo.
