I'm having problems transferring client billing. I am both the master admin for their account as well as having the Accountant access. I have logged on as the master admin and do not see the "Allow Subscription Transfer" option under Billing and Subscription per the instructions. Am I missing something?
You'll want to make sure to give the client master admin access first, AJBookkeeping.
Click the Gear icon.
Under Your Company, select Manage Users.
Find the Admin you want to transfer Master Administrator rights to.
From the Action column, select Make master admin, from the drop-down.
To confirm your selection, select Make master admin again.
An email is sent to the person you invited to become the new Master Administrator. They need to accept the invitation from the email.
Once done, follow these steps:
Go to the Gear icon.
Select Your Account, under Your Company.
Locate the company that you want to remove, on your Accountant page.
From the Actions drop-down, select Transfer Billing to Client.
If you're still unable to see this option, let's try using a private browser. This is to check if the error is browser-related. You'll want to clear cache your browser after doing it successfully. You can also use a different supported one.
