Since this is a public forum, I'm unable to verify what takes the payments to be deposited on your accounts longer than the usual. That said, I'd recommend reaching out to our Phone Support team so we can investigate this further.

Thanks for the reply. I already tried to reach support through the phone and through the message app. I spoke with five different people and they kept sending me in circles back to the same departments. After hours of this nobody was able to give me an answer. In fact, I requested to speak to someone's manager due to the complete lack of customer service and they told me they did not have a manager. What company worth working with doesn't have a manager for each department? I gave up trying to get an answer. I am hoping that next time I receive my payment or I will be looking for another company to do business with. Thanks.
