Your QuickBooks Payments application was denied for several reasons, Olha. Here are the main factors:

 

  • Type of products or services you sell
  • Industries that are categorized as high-risk merchants
  • Credit History of the QuickBooks Payments primary account owner.

 

For more information about your application, please contact our Payments Support Team. They can provide detailed explanations and assist you in getting approval.

 

Here's how:

 

  1. Click the (?) Help button at the top-right corner of your QBO account.
  2. Choose the Assistant tab to get help from the QB Assistant where QB Assistant will provide answers.
  3. Click on the Contact Us option to reach an expert for assistance. Remember, you must first submit a question or look for an article to access the Contact Us feature.

As I know, once they reject your application, it is final and they won’t bother to explain why. All you can do is look for a third party payment processor. Are you B2B or B2C?
