If this is your first payment batch with QuickBooks Payments, it can take up to 5 business days to be deposited. This is because we're setting up your account; subsequent payments will be deposited much faster.
To monitor your payment status, visit the Merchant Service Center and check the Status column. A status marked as Funded indicates that your payment is being processed. If it appears as Withheld or Batch Deposit Returned, click the drop-down arrow located in the Fee column for more details, and refer to any instructions provided in our email to you.
If the status shows Funded but the funds have not been credited to your account, contact your bank as they may be holding the deposit. If you've already contacted your bank and still haven't received the funds, please contact our Live support team to further assist you with your payments.
